This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Bartłomiej Machajewski, from the Zblewo Parish.

Iwiczno, 1778,

On August 24th, 1778, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Bartłomiej. The parents were: Jan and Marianna Machajewski, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 20th of August, 1778. The Godparents were: Jakub Szarmach and Helena Frank.
