Piotrków No. 35, 1906
This happened in Piotrków, on the 16th/29th of October, 1906, at 5 p.m. We declare in the presence of Józef Balcerak, aged 40, and Józef Chęciński, aged 45, both laborers residing in the village of Piotrków, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:

and Anna Kurczodyńska, aged 32, single, residing in the village of Piotrków, daughter of Feliks and Zuzanna Kurczodyński nee Rutańska, born in the village of S??lowice?.
Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the parish church, on the 24th of September/7th of October, the 1st/14th, and the 8th/21st of October, 1906. No prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. This marriage was performed this day, by Rev. Aleksandr Dąbrowski, Pastor of the Piotrków Parish. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
