This is my translation of the Latin language death record of Antoni Krzymianowski, from the Tuczno Parish.

Mierzwin, No. 27, 1835

On July 27th, 1835, Antoni Krzymianowski, aged 7 years and 3 months, died of disease. His parents were Walenty and Anastazja Krzymianowski nee Jasińska. He was buried in the cemetery of the Tuczno Parish.
