Baptism of Tomasz Krzymianowski (1868)

This is my translation of the Russian language baptismal record of Tomasz Krzymianowski, from the Piotrków Kujawski parish.

Wąsewo No. 122, 1868

This occurred in the village of Piotrków, on the 25th of November/7th of December, 1868, at 1 p.m. Michał Krzymianowski appeared, aged 33, a laborer residing in Wąsewo, in the presence of Józef Kwieciński, aged 25, and Wojciech Ołszewski, aged 48, both laborers residing in Wąsewo, and showed us a male child born in Wąsewo, on the 17th/29th of November, 1868, at 3 p.m., to his lawful wife Jadwiga nee Kicińska, aged 30. At Holy Baptism, performed this day, this child was given the name Tomasz. The godparents were: Józef Kiciński and Marianna Kicińska. This document was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by us alone.
