This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Mikołaj Krzymianowski, from the Piotrków Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Jurkowo, 1783,

On December 5th, 1783, I, Rev. Jan Drabikowski, Pastor of the Piotrków Parish, baptized the infant named Mikołaj. The parents were: Tomasz, a miller, and Marianna Krzymianowski, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Marcin Wspólniewicz, from Piotrków, and Barbara Lorenc, from Jurkowo.
