This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Wojciech Kowalski, from the Zakrzewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Zakrzewo, 1807, No. 23

On April 10th, 1807, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zakrzewo Parish, baptized the infant named Wojciech, who was born on the 3rd of April, 1807, at 7 a.m. The parents were Michał, a tenant farmer, and Marianna Kowalski nee Jaster, the legally married couple, both are Catholic. The Godparents were: Jakub Pawłowski and Katarzyna Russ, both from the village of Zakrzewo.
