Baptism of Tomasz Kolenda (1793)

This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Tomasz Kolenda, from the Kaczewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Czarnotka, 1793,

On December 15th, 1793, I, Rev. Bartłomiej Beliński, Pastor of the Kaczewo Parish, baptized the infant named Tomasz. The parents were: Mateusz and Małgorzata Kulęda, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Szymon Pawlak and Helena Konwent. The child died on the 4th of May, 1794, and was buried on the 10th of May, 1794.
