This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Mateusz Kolenda, from the Kaczewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Czarnotka, 1788,

On September 21st, 1788, I, Rev. Bartłomiej Beliński, Pastor of the Kaczewo Parish, baptized the infant named Mateusz. The child was born on the 14th of September, 1788. The parents were: Mateusz and Małgorzata Kulęda, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Wawrzyniec Rolirad and Franciszka Jakubowska.
