This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Łucja Kochanowska, from the Chlewiska Parish.

Zakrzewo, No. 62, 1817

On December 11th, 1817, I, Rev. Edmund Czajkowski, Pastor of Zakrzewo, baptized the infant named Łucja. She was born on the 9th of December, 1817, at 2 p.m., in house #2, to her parents Stanisław and Marcianna Kochanowski nee Markowska, the legally married couple. The Godparents were Melchior Kochanowski and Marianna Markowska, both from Zakrzewo.
