This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Otylia Kobs, from the Złotów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On March 29th, 1851, I, Rev. Debbek, Pastor of the Złotów Parish, baptized the infant named Otylia, who was born on the 28th of March, 1851. The parents were Andrzej and Antonina Kops nee Kowalska, the legally married couple, who are both Catholic. The Godparents were: Stanisław Kowalski and Otylia Konske.
