On September 26th, 1784, I, Rev., Pastor of the Złotów Parish, baptized the infant named Mateusz. The parents were Jakub and Magdalena Kobs nee Adamiec, the legally married couple. The child was born on September 24th, 1784. The Godparents were: Michał Megier and Maria Zobek.
