This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Katarzyna Kobs, from the Złotów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On November 6th, 1853, I, Rev. Słowieński, Pastor of the Złotów Parish, baptized the infant named Katarzyna, who was born on the 5th of November, 1853, at 2 a.m. The parents were Andrzej, a laborer, and Antonina Kops nee Kowalska, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Mateusz Zych and Maria Kowalska.
