This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Augustyn Kobs, from the Złotów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On January 3rd, 1861, I, Rev., Pastor of the Złotów Parish, baptized the infant named Augustyn. The parents were Andrzej and Antonina Kops nee Kowalska, the legally married couple, both are Catholic. The Godparents were: Paweł Zych and Rozalia Kowalska.
