This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Magdalena Knapik, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1780,

On July 19th, 1780, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Magdalena. The parents were: Maciej and Teresa Knapiński, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 18th of July, 1780. The Godparents were: Tomasz Kubałka, from Leśno, and Jadwiga Knapik, from Trzebuń.
