This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Maciej Knapik, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1783,

On February 23rd, 1783, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Maciej. The parents were: Maciej and Teresa Knapik, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 20th of February, 1783. The Godparents were: Antoni Piechowski, from Trzebuń, and Katarzyna, from Lędy.
