This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Maciej Knapik, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1747,

On February 26th, 1747, I, Rev. Piotr Kaczorowski, Pastor of the Brusy Parish, baptized the infant named Maciej. The parents were: Wojciech and Agnieszka Knapik, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jan Knapik and Małgorzata Nykiel, both from Trzebuń.
