This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Kazimierz Knapik, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1786,

On February 28th, 1786, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Kazimierz. The parents were: Maciej and Teresa Knapik, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 27th of February, 1786. The Godparents were: Maciej Jakubowski and Dorota Wysocka, both from Trzebuń.
