This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Katarzyna Knapik, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1795,

On April 29th, 1795, I, Rev. Ignacy Mustrzycki, Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Katarzyna. The parents were: Maciej and Teresa Knapik nee Kloskowska, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 28th of April, 1795. The Godparents were: Paweł Zblewski and Marianna Ostrowska, both from Trzebuń.
