This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Józefina Knapik, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1800,

On March 18th, 1800, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Józefina. The parents were: Maciej and Teresa Knapik nee Kloskowska, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Andrzej Nykiel, a miller, from Pełk – Lipusz Parish, and Joanna Miłoch, from Trzebuń.
