This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Andrzej Knapik, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1802,

On November 19th, 1802, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Andrzej (listed as Marcin). The parents were: Maciej and Teresa Knapik nee Kloskowska, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Kazimierz Dolny and Joanna Miłosz, from Trzebuń.
