This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Teresa Kloskowska, from the Brusy Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Brusy, 1759,

On March 22nd, 1759, I, Rev. Michał Jażdżewski, Pastor of the Brusy Parish, baptized the infant named Teresa. The parents were: Krzysztof, the village mayor, and Marianna Kloskowski, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jakub Kloskowski, the father’s brother, and Teresa Szopińska, from Kosobudy.
