This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Michał Kiciński, from the Sędzin Parish.
Wola Bachorna, No. 2, 1908
This occurred in the village of Sędzin, on the 28th of December, 1907/10th of January, 1908, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Michał Kowalski, aged 36, and Kazimierz Bączkowski, aged 29, both are farm owners residing in Wola Bachorna, and stated that on the 26th of December, 1907/8th of January, 1908, at 6 a.m., Michał Kiciński, aged 61, died. He was a farm owner residing in Wola Bachorna. He leaves behind his widow Marianna nee Lewandowska. He was born in Sompolno. He was the son of the deceased couple Jan and Wiktoria Kiciński. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Michał Kiciński, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
