This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Waleria Kicińska, from the Witowo Parish.
Witowo, No. 19, 1856
This occurred in the village of Witowo, on the 15th of March, 1856, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Walenty Ziemkiewicz, aged 52, and Błażej Pietrzak, aged 45, a farm owner, both residing in Witowo, and stated that on the 13th of March, 1856, at 7 a.m., Waleria Kicińska, aged 2, died. She was the daughter of Jan and Wiktoria (incorrectly listed as Weronika) Kiciński. She had resided with her family in Witowo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Waleria Kicińska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
