This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Józef Kiciński, from the Sompolno Parish.
Sompolno, No. 12, 1837
This occurred in the city of Sompolno, on the 17th of February, 1837, at 9 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Roch Szymankiewicz, aged 33, and Jakób Skarupiański, aged 24, both farmers and residents of Sompolno, and stated that on the 15th of February, 1837, at 12 p.m., Józef Kiciński, aged 5, died. He was the son of Jan and Wiktoria Kiciński nee Muszyńska, a cooper residing in Sompolno. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Józef Kiciński, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
