On October 11th, 1837, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sompolno Parish, baptized the infant named Jadwiga. She was born on October 11th, 1837, in the city of Sompolno, to her parents Jan and Wiktoria Kiciński nee Muszyńska. The Godparents were: Błażej Michalski and Julianna Beker, who reside in Sompolno.

This record was extracted on the 21st, of November, 1858, in the city of Sompolno.

Witnesses: Błażej Michalski, aged 65, a cooper; and Marcin Beker, aged 55, a potter; both reside in Sompolno
