This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Antonina Sobczak nee Karpik, from the Bytoń Parish.
Brylewo, No. 23, 1895
This occurred in the village of Bytoń, on the 29th of April/11th of May, 1895, at 8 a.m. Appearing are witnesses: Błażej Kaczmarek, aged 60, and Andrzej Panfil, aged 23, both are laborers residing in Brylewo, and stated that on the 28th of April/10th of May. 1895, at 2 p.m., in the village of Brylewo, Antonina Sobczak nee Karpik, aged 65, a widow, died. She was the daughter of Maciej and Agnieszka Karpik, born in the village of Bądkowo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Antonina Sobczak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
