Marriage of Wojciech Kacprzak and Katarzyna Ignaczak (1840)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Wojciech Kacprzak and Katarzyna Ignaczak, from the Skulsk parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Skulsk, No. 14, 1840
This happened in the village of Skulsk, on the 15th/27th of September, 1840, at 10 a.m. We declare, that in the presence of: Tomasz Kacprzak, aged 35, a laborer residing in the village of Kijowiec, the brother of the groom; and Maciej Ignaczak, aged 50, a farmhand residing in the village of Radwańczewo, the paternal uncle of the bride, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Wojciech Kacprzak, aged 22, single, a laborer residing in the village of Skulsk, the son of of the deceased Walenty and his widow Franciszka Kacprzak – who were farm owners residing in Kijowiec, born in the village of Chwalibogowo – Grand Duchy of Poznań,
and Katarzyna Ignaczak, aged 21, single, a worker residing in the village of Skulsk, the daughter of the deceased couple Jacek and Marianna Ignaczak nee Szeląg, born in the village of Kobylanki.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Skulsk Parish Church, on the 1st/13th, 8th/20th, and the 15th/27th of September, 1840. Permissions were given by the groom’s mother. No impediments arose and no prenuptial agreement was made. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
