Marriage of Franciszek Czerwinski and Marianna Wozniak nee Kacprzak (1835)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Franciszek Czerwiński and Marianna Woźniak nee Kacprzak, from the Budzisław Kościelny parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Zberzyn, No. 8, 1835

This happened in the village of Budzisław Kościelny, on the 1st of August, 1835, at 12 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of: Michał Tarczyński, aged 68, a tenant farmer residing in the village of Zberzyn; and Michał Niegard, aged 28, a shoemaker residing in the village of Zberzyn, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:

Franciszek Czerwiński, aged 22, single, a farmer owner residing in the village of Zberzyn, the son of the late Józef and his widow Konstacja Czerwiński nee Elińska?, born in the village of Budzisław Kościelny,

and Marianna Woźniak nee Kacprzak, aged 24, residing in the village of Zberzyn, a widow, her previous husband Karol Woźniak died on the 14th of September, 1834 – he was a tenant farmer, the daughter of Walenty and Franciszka Kacprzak – tenant farmers, she was born in the village of Moski?? – Grand Duchy of Poznań.

The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Budzisław Kościelny Parish Church, on the 12th. 19th, and 26th of July, 1835. Permissions were given by the newlyweds families. No impediments arose and no prenuptial agreement was made. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
