Hello,
This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Antonina Pałuszyńska nee Kacprzak, from the Ostrowąż Parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Wielgopole, No. 23, 1852
This occurred in the village of Ostrowąż, on the 6th/18th of March, 1852, at 4 p.m. Appearing are witnesses: Franciszek Krupecki, aged 35, and Jan Zierniewicz, aged 42, both are farmhands residing in Wielgopole, and stated that in the village of Wielgopole, on the 4th/16th of March, 1852, at 2 a.m., Antonina Pałuszyńska, aged 35, Catholic, died. She was the daughter of Franciszek and Katarzyna Kujawa and was born in the village of Staw (NOTE: This is incorrect according to the marriage of record Wincenty and Antonina Pałuszyński). She leaves behind her husband Wincenty Pałuszyński, who is a steward, and the following children: Barbara, Marianna, Wojciech, Aleksy, and Maksymilian. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Antonina Pałuszyńska, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by Us.
