This is my translation of the Latin language Death record of Jan Jach, from the Sułęczyno Parish.

Ucisk – Węsiorska Huta, 1845, No. 6

On the 1st of February, 1845, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sułęczyno Parish, officiated at the funeral of Jan Jach, aged 2. He died on January 29th, 1845. He was the son of Andrzej and Józefina Jach.
