On April 11th, 1778, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sułęczyno Parish, baptized the infant named Wojciech. The parents were: Jan and Jadwiga Jach, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Mateusz Zaborowski and Anna Jach, single, from Podjazy.
