This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Jan Stanisław Jach, from the Sułęczyno parish.

Węsiorska Huta, No. 33, 1843

On May 7th, 1843, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sułęczyno Parish, baptized the infant named Jan Stanisław. The parents were: Andrzej and Józefina Jach nee Szytemberg, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 2nd of May, 1843, at 8 a.m. The Godparents were: Antoni Kostka and Józefina Zarębiska.
