This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Joachim Grzybowski, from the Witaszyce Parish.

Witaszyce, No. 29, 1828

On June 28th, 1828, Joachim Grzybowski, aged 50, an innkeeper, died, in the village of Witaszyce. His parents, who were farmers, names are unknown. He died of fever and was buried in the cemetery of the Witaszyce Parish. He leaves behind three small children.
