This is my translation of the Polish/Latin language baptismal record of Zofia Grzybowska, from the Witaszyce Parish.

Witaszyce, No. 18, 1820

I, Rev. Michał Grabiński, Pastor of the Witaszyce Parish, baptized the infant named Zofia. She was born on April 11th, 1820, at 5 o’clock, to her parents Joachim and Marcianna Grzybowski nee Śliwińska, the legally married couple, who are innkeepers. The Godparents were: Klemens Jackowski and Zofia Stefańska.
