This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Andrzej Grzybowski, from the Witaszyce Parish.

Słupia, No. 41, 1807

On November 29th, 1807,  I, Nepomucyn Michniewicz, Pastor of the Witaszyce Parish, baptized the infant named Andrzej. He was born to his parents Joachim and Marcianna Grzybowski, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Antoni Kamiński, a chef, and Weronika Rotalska, from the village of Plebanka?.
