This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Maria Grochowska, from the Debrzno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Debrzno, 1813, No. 19,

On July 4th, 1813, I, Rev. Jakub Schwemański, Pastor of the Debrzno Parish, baptized the infant named Maria. The parents were Franciszek and Katarzyna Grochowski nee Bułka, the legally married couple. The child was born on July 2nd, 1813. The Godparents were: the Noble, Bernard Andrzejewski and the Noble, Józefa Wilhelm.
