This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Kazimierz Grochowski, from the Debrzno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Debrzno, 1810, No. 8,

On March 4th, 1810, I, Rev. Karol Seck, Pastor of the Debrzno Parish, baptized the infant named Kazimierz Antoni. The parents were Franciszek, a tenant farmer, and Katarzyna Grochowski nee Bułka, the legally married couple. The child was born on February 27th, 1810, at 4 p.m. The Godparents were: the Noble, Antoni Kliński and Regina Justyna Franciszka Więsierska, both from Debrzno.
