This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jan Grochowski, from the Debrzno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Debrzno, 1816,

On June 30th, 1816, I, Rev. Wawrzyniec Fromholz, Pastor of the Debrzno Parish, baptized the infant named Jan. The parents were Franciszek and Katarzyna Grochowski nee Suszyńska, the legally married couple. The child was born on June 29th, 1816. The Godparents were: Szymon Grochowski and Marianna Suszyńska.
