This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record and annoucements of Franciszek Marek and Marianna Gorzycka nee Kmieć, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Announcement No. 1
This happened on October 29th, 1809, at 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. Before Us, the undersigned Registrar of Vital Records of the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department:
The first announcement of the wedding of Franciszek Marek, aged 44, a farm owner residing in Szóstka, and Marianna Gorzycka nee Kmieć, aged 38, a villager residing in Płowki, the daughter of Filip and Konstancja Kmieć – farm owners residing in Ułomie, occurred at the Parish Church.

This happened on November 5th, 1809, at 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. Before Us, the undersigned Registrar of Vital Records of the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department:
The second announcement of the wedding of Franciszek Marek and Marianna Gorzycka nee Kmieć occurred at the Parish Church.

Marriage
This happened on November 20th, 1809. Before Us, the undersigned Registrar of Vital Records of the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department:
Franciszek Marek, aged 42, appearing with Piotr Nadzieja, aged 48 – a farm owner residing in Szóstka and the groom’s brother, born in Szóstka, the son of Marek and Marianna – farm owners residing in Szóstka, according to a certificate excerpted from the books of the Broniewo Parish.
Marianna Gorzycka nee Kmieć, aged 38, appearing with Władysław Banachowski, the uncle of her deceased husband, born in the village of Ułomie, the daughter of Filip and Konstancja Kmieć – farm owners residing in Płowki, according to a certificate excerpted from the books of the Broniewo Parish.
The parties who appeared request that we proceed with the celebration of the wedding they have arranged between them, the announcement of which was published before the main doors of our District Court, that is: first on the 6th of November, and the second on the 13th of November, 1814, at 12 p.m. When we were not informed of any obstacles to the aforementioned marriage, and the parents here in attendance hereby consent, acquiescing to the aforementioned request, after reading to the parties and witnesses all the aforementioned papers and Section Six of the Civil Code regarding marriage, we asked the future husband and future wife whether they wished to join with each other in marital union, and when each of them responded separately that such is their wish, we proclaim in the name of the law that Franciszek and Marianna are joined in the bonds of matrimony.
Of which we recorded this record in the presence of: Piotr Nadzieja, aged 48, a farm owner residing in Szóstka; Franciszek Kośmider, aged 32, a farm owner residing in Szóstka; Władysław Banachowski, aged 56, a farm owner residing in Płowki; and Józef Krawczak, aged 48, a farm owner residing in Płowki. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us who can write, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
