Hello,
This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Augustyn Buss and Katarzyna Gorzycka, from the Broniewo parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Płowki, No 4, 1850
This happened in the village of Broniewo on the 18th of May, 1850, at 1 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of: Jakób Igła, aged 36, and Mikołaj Dembowy, aged 35, both are farm owners residing in the village of Płowki, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Augustyn Buss, aged 20, single, a miller residing in Radziejów, the son of Bogumil and the deceased Franciszka Buss, he was born in the village of Piaski,
and Katarzyna Gorzycka, aged 18, single, residing with her sister in the village of Płowki, the daughter of Antoni and the deceased Małgorzata Gorzycki, born in the village of Płowki.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Broniewo and Radziejów Parish Churches, on the 5th, 9th, and 12th of May, 1850. Permissions were given orally by the fathers of the newlyweds. No impediments arose and no prenuptial agreement was made. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
