Death Wincenty Gorzycki (1857)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Wincenty Gorzycki, from the Radziejów parish.
Kolonia Opatowice, No. 16, 1857
This occurred in the town of Radziejów, on the 10th of February, 1857, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Wincenty Nowakowski, aged 45, and Maciej Mikołajczak, aged 50, both are peasant colonists residing in Kolonia Opatowice, and stated that on the 8th of February, 1857, at 10 p.m., Wincenty Gorzycki, aged 7 months, died. He was born and resided in Kolonia Opatowice. He was the son of Filip and Marianna Gorzycki nee Grzelak, who are peasant colonists residing in Kolonia Opatowice. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Wincenty Gorzycki, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
