This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Wojciech Gorzycki, from the Radziejów parish.
Kolonia Opatowice, No. 11, 1873
This occurred in the town of Radziejów, on the 26th of February, 1873, at 1 p.m. Appearing are witnesses Andrzej Gardyza, aged 50, and Jakób Gralik, aged 40, both are farm owners residing in Kolonia Opatowice, and stated that on the 24th of February, 1873, at 5 p.m., in Kolonia Opatowice, Wojciech Gorzycki, aged 7, died. He was the son of Filip and Marianna Gorzycki nee Kocińska. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Wojciech Gorzycki, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
