This occurred in the town of Radziejów, on the 31st of August/13th of September, 1904, at 11 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Jan Markiewicz, a miller, aged 50, and Józef Górski, a laborer, aged 56, both residents of Radziejów, and stated that in Radziejów, on the 31st of August/13th of September, 1904, at 1 a.m., Marianna Gorzycka, aged 60, died. She was the widow of Filip Gorzycki. She was born in Kolonia Stary Radziejów and was the daughter of Jan and Katarzyna Kociński. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Marianna Gorzycka, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
