This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Franciszka Gorzycka, from the Radziejów parish.
Kolonia Opatowice, No. 40, 1874
This occurred in the town of Radziejów, on the 29th of April/11th of May, 1874, at 10 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Andrzej Gardyza, aged 60, and Antoni Raszka, aged 60, both are farm owners residing in Kolonia Opatowice, and stated that on the 28th of April/10th of May, 1874, at 8 p.m., Franciszka Gorzycka, aged 10 months, died. She was the daughter of Filip and Marianna Gorzycki nee Kocińska, who are farm owners. She was born and resided in Kolonia Opatowice. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Franciszka Gorzycka, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
