This is my translation of the Latin language death record of Apolonia Gorzycka, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Płowki, 1820,

On January 12th, 1820, I, Rev. Bartłomiej Bożychowicz, Pastor of Broniewo Parish, presided over the burial of Apolonia, aged 7, the daughter of Augustyn and Urszula Gorzycki, the legally married couple. Apolonia died on January 10th, 1820.
