Death of Agnieszka Gorzycka (1812)

This is my translation of the Polish language Death record of Agnieszka Gorzycka, from the Broniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Płowki, 1812

On the 19th of January, 1812, at 2 p.m., before Us, the Administrator and Civil Registrar of Broniewo, performing the duties of the Registrar of Vital Records for the District of Broniewo, Radziejów County, Bydgoszcz Department, Władysław Banachowski appeared, aged 60; along with Stanisław Pilachowski, aged 71, both residing in Płowki; and stated that on the 19th of January, 1812, at 10 a.m., Agnieszka Gorzycka, aged 11, died in the family home in Płowki. She was the daughter of Benedykt and Marianna Gorzycki. After which this Death Record was read to the declarant and witnesses, who are illiterate, and was signed by Us alone.
