This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Anastazja Kmieć nee Gorzycka, from the Izbica Kujawska parish.

Józefowo, No. 176, 1882

This occurred in the village of Izbica, on the 15th/27th of November, 1882, at 4 p.m. Appearing are witnesses Szczepan Rogiński, aged 42, a laborer, and Józef Ziołkowski, aged 46, a farmer, both are residents in the village of Józefowo, and stated that on the 15th/27th of November, 1882, at 2 p.m., Anastazja Kmieć, aged 29, a farmers wife, died. She was born in the village of Opatowice – Radziejów Parish. She was the daughter of Filip and Marianna Gorzycki nee Kocińska. She resided in the village of Józefowo. She leaves behind her husband Wincenty. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Anastazja Kmieć, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
