This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Rozalia Gorzycka, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Opatowice, 1807, No. 43,

On August 30th, 1807, I, Rev. Norbert Zawichowski, Pastor of the Radziejów Parish, baptized the infant named Rozalia. Her parents were Izydor and Petronela Gorzycki, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Marcin Pachalak and Brygida Kaszubska, from Opatowice.
