This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Małgorzata Gorzycka, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Opatowice, 1800, No. 30,

On May 27th, 1800, I, Rev. Roch Sulkowski, Pastor of the Radziejów Parish, baptized the infant named Małgorzata. Her parents were Izydor and Petronela Gorzycki, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Łukasz Pierzyński and Brygida Miętkiewicz, both were from Opatowice.
