This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Magdalena Gorzycka, from the Radziejów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On May 11th, 1806, I, Rev. Norbert Zawichowski, Pastor of the Radziejów Parish, baptized the infant named Magdalena. Her parents were Izydor and Petronela Gorzycki, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Józef Banaszak and Zofia Gorzycka.
